Momentum is built on decades of experience and insight.
Momentum delivers comprehensive and high quality property consultancy and management solutions to clients across the private and public sector. We are an outcome and solutions-focused business, tackling problems and helping organisations maximise their commercial opportunities and the value they deliver to stakeholders, tenants and partners. We believe regeneration and development can play a significant role in delivering social as well as financial value. And that the two are not incompatible.
Our experience across all stages of an asset’s lifecycle – from feasibility through to design, planning, build, letting or sale and ongoing management – means we can take a holistic view of a client’s needs and ensure the approach taken at every stage of a project is the right one. And our extensive contacts across the UK’s retail, leisure and development sectors means we can short-cut conversations on your behalf, helping you engage with trusted third parties and connecting you to future tenants and occupiers.
A highly skilled and experienced development and property management professional
Chris has more than two decades of experience, including playing a major role in one of the most ambitious and successful regeneration schemes to have been completed in the UK in the last 50 years. He has worked primarily within the retail and leisure sectors for the last 25 years, operating across the investment, development and ongoing management phases of an asset’s life cycle. He joined Grosvenor in 1997, rising to become Estate Director at Liverpool ONE, Grosvenor’s multi award-winning and transformative retail-led regeneration of Liverpool city centre. At Liverpool ONE Chris was responsible for a team 160 people and, working with major leisure and retail brands, delivered market-beating performance and footfall over the course of a decade.
He has also advised the South African government on major regeneration schemes and holds a number of non-executive positions in relation to culture, economic development and the visitor economy.
